Fully Charged before I used to down load the app. Right after finishing down loading, watch went dead. Try to contact seller. Seller tried to guide me through to recover-charging, holding buttons, etc. doesn’t work. Can’t ship it back because it cost too much. Seller refund me but charged me for the bracelet. I paid the shipping cost plus the bracelet for a dead watch. I tried to be nice by telling them on the back of the watch, wrong spelling for bracelet. Forget being able to pair this with the app. It is no help in resolving the matter either just a waste of time for the watch and app. ### 1/5 — New version doesn’t support watches *2025-12-27* I own T92 watches. Everything was fine with the first one, but unfortunately, the watch started having problems. I bought a new one, and when I tried to pair it, I discovered that the app is no longer compatible with the watches. Unfortunately, I unpaired the old one, and now I can't use either of them.
