VFD is now lowkey the worst Microfinance bank in Nigeria now. Everytime I try to send money it’ll say account number does not exist. I even updated the app. The same thing. If I try to open my beneficiaries it takes forever to show up. Very very very annoying. I’m removing all my funds and closing the account forever.

Too many bad bugs on a banking app.. ever since they started the shares thing the app doesn’t works properly anymore… I have a lot of money in your bank and I’ve never been to your branch before and I don’t want to even visit.. pls fix your app and let it work properly like every other online banking app

I had the best experience with the customer support team when I tried to increase my daily transaction limit. The emails and response received were very helpful and professional, and they sorted my request in less than 3 working days after I provided all the required information of course.
