For me, however, I shall go with the former. This micro finance bank has proven itself invaluable (compared to other Nigerian well known banks). The swiftness of their customer services to respond to emails and resolve issues is noteworthy. Everytime I try to send money it’ll say account number does not exist. I even updated the app. The same thing. If I try to open my beneficiaries it takes forever to show up. Very very very annoying.
