Everything is through their app, you are STUCK in their web portal with NO human contact. ### 1/5 — Useless app *2021-09-14, version 3.0* This app claims that you can use it to find doctors and book appointments through it. I signed up and after completing all the steps, going through the symptoms questionnaire and everything, it came back with 3 recommendations for doctors I can book. But when I clicked the book button, not even one had availability. Okay, I understand this might be a doctors’ schedule issue, but the problem is with the App itself because it just leaves you stranded at that page. It does provide like an availability calendar or any other option from there on. Basically, that’s the end of your session! Meds are going to be prescribed and delivered on the same day which works perfectly with my busy schedule.If my doctor is not available, this app will give me a chance to read the bio of the available doctors before booking an appointment with them.
