Its a shame I like my V-MODA headphones and they have been working for almost 8 years. I even emailed the company about the app and never got a response. I have a new phone and it’s updated. I’ve had the headphones for years and they are well made and sound solid but! They always look connection when jogging. They have like 80% sound one one ear and only 20%. Without the app I can’t really try to trouble shoot this. It works fine with CROSSFADE 3. The manual equalizer settings make it much easier for me to do transcription. One piece of advice I would give is to have a reset button in the equalizer so I don’t have to manually reset everything to 0 or go back to the previous screen when needed. Looks like it only works with certain models. They weren’t discoverable until I removed them from the case. ### 5/5 — Why you can’t connect to the app *2021-05-19, version 1.0a* I saw a couple of reviews about the app not connecting to peoples paired headphones and ran into the same issue. I figured out pretty quickly what the problem was. If you pair your headphones through your phones bluetooth settings and then try to pair through the app it will fail. In this case you have to forget your device on your phone and pair it through v-modas app only. If you haven’t paired it yet just do it through the v-moda app. ### 5/5 — Works great !!! *2021-03-02, version 1.0a* I had to contact the V-MODA support service and they explained everything to me - the principle of connecting to headphones! Great app!
