I noticed they change the dates in app on when should my monthly subscription ends and starts. I have reached out to them and repeatedly said I am missing some days but they still don’t solve the issue. The quality of food and customer services became so bad. I was with them for over a year and I have decided to stop my subscription

This is my 3rd time renewing with V shape. I find their meals to be very tasty, clean and not repetitive. Their customer service is excellent and they offer referral discounts which very few shops in Saudi do. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to eat clean and healthy while enjoying their meals !

الاكل ممتاز ولكن خدمة العملاء جدا سيئة مع الاسف.. 
دافع +٥٠٠ ريال عشان ابي دبل البروتين ولكن مع الاسف مرات يجي دبل مرات لا على حسب الوجبة.. لو كانت برقر مثلا يجي نفس حجم البرقر ولا يكون دبل..

طبعا كلمتهم اكثر من مره ولكن مع الاسف مافي فايدة.. لحد يدفع زيادة لبروتين ولا يترجى شي من خدمة العملاء
