### 2/5 — Options

*2026-08-31, version 2.9.2*

I workout in a gym. Sometimes the machines I need are being used by other people. So that requires me to figure out a different way to do the exercise. I would like to have options to target the same muscles.

### 4/5 — Alternatives

*2026-08-18, version 2.9.2*

Could we have alternatives for each exercise?

### 2/5 — Not so good

*2026-08-10, version 2.9.2*

I was expecting better control of execution. I sweat like a pig but hard time controlling and keeping track of what I have done and what’s pending.

### 2/5 — Not for 70 year old

*2026-08-09, version 2.9.2*

This is really a diet program, exercises way too hard for a 70 year old person

### 3/5 — Fat Loss Workout

*2026-08-07, version 2.9.2*

My chief issue is that there is no way to remember how much weight you used. It should be tracked in the app.

### 4/5 — Pretty Good

*2026-07-27, version 2.9.2*

I love having workouts planned and the flexibility it comes with. Everything in the app is useful and helpful to reach my fitness goals. Only gripe is some of the exercises don’t match up with the video provided. For example, TBar rows. Also, for front felt raises, video shows hands staying in neutral position (palms facing in) but the description in the exercise says to turn hands (palms facing ground). Other than this, I love it.

### 3/5 — App difficult to use

*2026-07-27, version 2.9.2*

I find this app difficult to use. Too many pop-up ads while I’m trying to open something. Their program seems to be good, but the app and adds waste a lot of time.

### 3/5 — Ladies…

*2026-07-21, version 2.9.2*

The barbell is too heavy for me and the model you’re using in the videos is a man. I would suggest using a lady model and addressing modifications if needed.

### 4/5 — Vshred sales & strength

*2026-07-19, version 2.9.2*

Great work outs and meal recipes. This really helped me understand how to get more protein in my diet portioning for meals and I love the pace of the exercises. There’s a lot of sales pitch options. They are helpful things, supplements, plans for a personal health coach. But also uncomfortably aggressive and not helpful unless you make an additional purchase. They are not required so you can still quietly find success through the original plan alone. I would have liked to be more encouraged with helpful information and less urged to make a quick high priced decision by the metabolic consultation. It left a distinct “car salesman” impression. There’s great benefits though to anyone willing to commit to the work out plan and intentional eating meal ideas.

### 5/5 — Worth the sale price

*2026-07-15, version 2.9.2*

Good instruction concerning technique and a solid plan to grow strength and trim down.
The repeated commercials were tiresome, but you can turn them off.

### 5/5 — When it works it’s great.

*2026-07-08, version 2.9.2*

Was locked out for a while. The only thing that finally worked was the one-time access code that got me back in. Really enjoy the workouts.

### 5/5 — Beginner

*2026-07-06, version 2.9.2*

72yo female, back in the game, ozempic & mounjaro def did not work after 5 years & 9 lbs lost, looking for slow & steady & keep my A1C level!

### 5/5 — Love it!

*2026-06-27, version 2.9.2*

If you stick to it, you can do it! Consistency is the name of the game!

### 3/5 — App is lacking

*2026-06-24, version 2.9.2*

Workouts are pretty simple and easy to do. The way they have you perform the exercises is what matters. I’m questioning the 1 day off but at the same time, I’m ok with putting in the work.

My real issue is with the app. I’m constantly being bombarded with ads, reasons to make me spend more or buy their supplements. I really didn’t appreciate having to sit through a 30 minute video that I couldn’t escape just to get an answer. And let me tell you this guy can talk. Then in each work out there is a video that he promised explaining the day. It’s the same video set repeated every so many days. The suggested diet is lacking from what I’ve seen with other apps. It’s lacking the ability to track your progress.

It’s just basically a platform to give you a routine and to bombard you with ads. 👎

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — It’s not free

*2026-08-28, version 2.9.2*

He always say u don’t have to pay and it’s totally free but it’s not

### 1/5 — Total scam

*2026-08-26, version 2.9.2*

Don’t be tricked into using this app or program it’s a total scam. The supplements Burn and Burn PM caused a lot of diarrhea and I had to stop taking them. I tried the diet and I have put on 20 pounds instead of losing weight. I also didn’t receive all of the supplements the trainer mentioned.

### 1/5 — Account Vanished

*2026-08-09, version 2.9.2*

What happened? It’s been a few years, but this is supposed to be a life long account. I went to try and log in and my account does not exist. I’m not happy at all….

### 1/5 — Don’t go there

*2026-08-04, version 2.9.2*

I've tried everything to get this to work or to speak with someone. Nothing is effective on this app, and I feel ripped off.

### 1/5 — Not a free trial if you charge

*2026-07-13, version 2.9.2*

Signed up for the 90 day free trial But we immediately charge my card the $19.99 and now the app is just pushing to buy more upgrade upgrade upgrade. Can’t even use anything. and not a surprise there’s nobody to contact.

### 1/5 — Pressure Sales

*2026-06-26, version 2.9.2*

Got the app, paid $60 for the membership and then immediately had an up-sale guy try and convince me to buy in to the $8000 for the year. Would not take no for an answer, dropped the price to $1500. I deleted the app and got refunded. I hope they don’t bully too many people into this. Not the right way to help people.

### 1/5 — Workouts

*2026-06-20, version 2.9.2*

The home workouts don’t include weights and you can’t intermingle the home and gym workouts because they don’t follow the same schedule. Then for two months you do the same exercises every week. There should be a change in exercises every 4 weeks. I feel like I could have thrown this plan together myself and saved myself a bunch of money. I paid for weekly menus did my weekly check in and still do not have an updated menu to reflect the changes we talked about.

### 1/5 — Workouts

### 1/5 — Poorly design

*2026-05-27, version 2.9.1*

Poorly designed. App is very confusing to navigate, doesn’t track weights or reps and overall just difficult to use. Appears more of a ad to sell their products

### 1/5 — Old Videos

*2026-05-26, version 2.9.1*

The videos in this app sucks they are 15 years old.
