Bought this thinking it was a great idea. It has never worked. Absolutely useless in my opinion would definitely not recommend to anyone.

Lighting Instructions require you to register on the app prior to connecting / pairing the lights. The app has no registration or login options so the packs of light I purchased can’t be pairs and just continue blinking. Going to return

Couldn’t get this app to work with my new V-TAC bulbs at all. Fortunately they use the same SmartLife chipset as other bulbs so I used my TCP App with them. The bulbs work fine and all functions within the TCP app work great.

Good little bulbs but anyone in a similar situation just download one of the competitor apps.

I have brought around 35 of these led down lights for my home about £600 worth in total and once they have been named for individual rooms and groups in the app. then once shared to another device you loose all names and groups and have to re do the naming and grouping on the new device !time waste ! Also the original home you set up on the app cannot have any new devices added to it unless you un pair all the devices from the app, delete the app, and reinstall also the app. sometimes asks to start a new home for no reason when starting the app making you add a new home to the list then selecting the home you have set up once it’s searched for new devices then deleting the group you had to make to get into the app !!! All that aside I actually like the lights a lot all the programmability for timers and dimming in groups all together or independent and the kelvin colour changes for each group brilliant just devs please sort out the bugs in the app there getting on my t*ts

The new update- when you turn on the lighting and go to controls it forces you straight to RGB when the light fittings are not RGB then have to click another button to go to warm/cool white
