If I could give this zero stars I would.  This app takes so much time to use when doing the inspection because of the endless scrolling you have to do trying to find the right description of where the damage is on the stupid car.  Why not have a picture of the vehicle and be able to click where on the vehicle the damage is like Super Dispatch?  I hate using this app for United Road.

App has issues with iOS . Receive a notification every 3 minutes for the same message sent earlier today. Today when I open to see hotels or fuel spots near by I noticed theirs 23 of each listing instead of 1.... what gives? Please fix this app

Freezes often which requires me to uninstall and reinstall app causing me to loose all assigned loads. Super slow and frustrates customers when signing multiple orders because of the amount of time it takes

Why would you make an app so complicated when it is supposed to be used by TRUCKERS, an already older age-group who can barely use a smart phone as-is? As a dispatcher, there is nearly no way to explain this complicated mess of an app to my drivers. This has about four times as many screens, steps, and button-pushes as similar apps. I pray to God for your clients to whom you’ve sold this dumpster fire of a system.

On reliable, I've had to delete and reinstall twice. Also, the signature box is now tidy! It seems like they just keep making this app worse each time. I would give it zero stars if possible.

It sure would be great if there was a function to be able to print documents from the app.  I am also not a fan of me interface for marking damage. It is extremely time consuming and cumbersome.
