## What is v?

The app includes validated clinical scores to assess the individual risk of venous thrombosis and the severity of venous disease. The app can not substitute the assessment by a health-professional, but can help in increasing public venous-lymphatic awareness, while facilitating the synergy between doctors and patients in managing at best extremely common diseases such as varicose veins, thrombosis, pelvic venous disorders, lymphedema and lipedema.

The app is offering also the possibility to network with a global community of vein-lymphatic experts, scientific societies, academic institutions and patients associations, facilitating exchange of expertise and experiences.
