But one thing I don’t like is it won’t take screen shots and it won’t record for some reason. I’ve went threw the settings and set it to auto record but still nothing. To pull up the camera app only to see an add for an adult live show app is a bit offensive and embarrassing especially when your child sees it when they want to check in on the baby themselves... can you at least filter out certain adds or something? I’m afraid what might happen if that add shows up at a restaurant or church when I go to check on the kids while they are in their rooms. It’s not ideal to be scrutinized by people. ### 2/5 — It breaks the network of entire house *2020-12-17* I live in a small townhome. My router is on 2nd floor and I put the bulb near my front door. The bulb should not be more than 5 meters away. My router is quite strong. My phone can connect to my router when I step outside but not far from front door. But I just can’t get the bulb working when put it near the front door. Even worse, my two laptops all dropped connection when I turn the bulb on. I have to turn off the bulb and reboot to get connection back. ### 2/5 — The app closes as soon as I am able to connect *2020-12-03* As soon as I am able to pair the device with my phone, the app closes immediately. I’ve tried removing and installing it several times and no improvement. I think it’s a glitch with the update of the app because I used to use it all the time on my other phone and no problem. Also, the new ad at the launch of the app is unnecessary. The £120 camera from a reputable company was rubbish compared to this yes its cheap but the sound alarm notifications and picture quality day and night is brilliant and the eye view can be zoomed and moved effortlessly. Some people say they cannot connect unless you know what your doing then I understand their frustration but mine works overseas when working on a different SIM card or WiFi and on my mobile when out and about or at home no problems at all an excellent camera with recording capabilities sound and playback. People moaning that it don’t come with a SIM card they can be brought for £6 off Ebay and slots straight in with auto format when full.
