Won’t except Pass key. It said I couldn’t login since I had not been seen by the VA in the past 36 month and gave a 800 number to call. I just had an appointment 3 months ago. There are other ways to get prescriptions refills and make appointments than wasting time trying to login and use this app. ### 1/5 — Antiquated and cumbersome *2025-02-27, version 11.7.0* Why the password for my MyHealthE Vet account doesn’t populate in the chat, which is the SAME organization, is beyond me. The VA also doesn’t make it easy to do many tasks. Why isn’t there a dedicated page to reorder CPAP supplies? No. You’ve got to spend time searching for the page across several platforms. I called that number and they send me to a third number. The third member sends me back to my primary care who tries to send me back to the first phone number. No fix! ### 1/5 — Not a Chat *2026-03-13, version 12.1.0* They call it “chat” and the I go says for “immediate” answers to non urgent health questions. I sent a chat and got no response so I called the support line to report that it wasn’t working. Their reply was that it takes up to 3 days for someone to respond lol! I tried calling the pharmacy but was on a very long hold. The recorded message said to log onto www.myhealth.va.gov for the chat line. Tried it, but it wasn’t the right place to login. I downloaded the app and got on right away. The mobile app provides a better experience overall than the web version. If the VA is not immediately available you will get a notification when they are so you can multitask and move on with your life. The toughest part is logging in because of federal government security standards. One you are in it’s a great service. I downloaded it and when I signed in it took me to Minneapolis area which I’m not affiliated with. I deleted my account and tried to reinstall the app and now all I get is an error message when I try to login.
