### 4/5 — Good

*2026-08-28*

Very good app and useful but Marine MOSs are not all correct.

### 5/5 — Recent Updates

*2026-08-21*

Although not specifically geared for MacOS, the updates to the app recently have been fantastic. The ability to document your evidence, make notations, and review your conditions with periodic updates and comments solidifies this app as the best app there is for viewing, preparing, and filing VA Disability Compensation Claims. Worth way more than the cost of the lifetime subscription. Will be sharing this app with every veteran that brings up disability claims.

Thank y’all for creating this application, and I look forward to seeing the ongoing updates to MacOS ;]

**Developer response:** Thanks for the honest feedback. The best news you can have, we took all of the feedback, and shipping it right now with version 1.5.0! Native Mac support! Text size adjustments! Copy and Paste! People like you make us better for everyone!

### 5/5 — Only Clam App YOU NEED

*2026-07-18*

Hello and good morning from Austin, TX!

I wanted to express my appreciation for the recent application launch on desktop (even if not yet verified for iOS)! This is where I do most of my work surrounding my VA Disability, and building my claims, so convenient to have it on my computer rather than toggling back and forth between my iPad and my Mac.

With that, I have two requests that I believe would greatly improve the user interface (which are pretty basic features, so I’m sure y’all are working on it already, so forgive me if that is the case):

(1) the ability to zoom in or enlarge the text.

I'm finding it difficult to read the text, even on a larger monitor, and I often have to adjust my display settings for the entire monitor just to zoom in on the text. This seems like a basic feature, so I assume you might already be working on it or perhaps have implemented it, but I haven't been able to figure out how to do it on my Mac. If that’s the case, could you please direct me on how to access this feature?

(2) Add the ability to copy and paste information from the app into my notes.

Manually copying standards is time-consuming, so I'm currently resorting to taking screenshots and having ChatGPT transcribe my notes. While it works, it would be much simpler for users to copy and paste directly.

Thank you for taking the time to read my suggestions!

I truly appreciate you, the application, and the services you provide for veterans like myself, who are often exhausted from dealing with the VA.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the honest feedback. The best news you can have, we took all of the feedback, and shipping it right now with version 1.5.0! Native Mac support! Text size adjustments! Copy and Paste! People like you make us better for everyone!

### 4/5 — Missing base option.

*2026-06-26*

Missing Camp Humphrey South Korea

**Developer response:** We have added this base, and a whole lot of others based on user feedback! Thanks!

### 3/5 — Well researched with definitive sources NO KC-10 on equipment list. 2 star penalty

*2026-06-18*

Wish the app was around when....I started the filing process! Step by step and references are most helpful. Get this app, find your local VSO, and document, document, document. The coordination to make this app is apparent, thanks guys.

**Developer response:** We constantly make updates and based on your feedback have added the KC-10 and other equipment!

### 4/5 — MOS not found

*2026-06-12*

I believe it could be a great app for others and provides a large scope of information. Unfortunately, upon entering my information they do not have Machinery Technician as an MOS for the Coast Guard so I can get the best results specified to me.

**Developer response:** Thanks for this comment! We found the bug that was causing this and corrected it for everyone! We appreciate you.

### 2/5 — Missing Bases

*2026-05-27*

App doesn’t have Lee Barracks in Mainz or Ft Davis Panama

**Developer response:** This has been corrected. We have a support link and email in app and normally address these issues within the same business day. Sorry it made you feel that was two-star worthy.

### 1/5 — App doesn’t work

*2026-04-29*

I can’t get past the initial screen. I entered the name, branch, and MOS but the Continue button remains grayed out. There’s no menu or ability to select anything else.

**Developer response:** Jeff n'Frank, this is the first report of this bug. I have double checked and hardened the procedures for onboarding, so you should not encounter this again. Also, ensure you are current on version. We are currently on 1.0.13 with significant improvements and currently seeing a crash rate of zero.

### 4/5 — Lifetime pro

*2026-04-27*

Pretty useful looking tool but the lifetime pro upgrade option doesn’t show up as an option in the app so I’m holding out until it does.

**Developer response:** This was a SLIGHT timing delay we had with Apple. We had to program the purchase into the code, as well as the in app purchase on Apple for approval. Unfortunately the app pushed first, while the in app purchase was about 12 hours behind on approval. It is live and active now. Sorry about that.

### 5/5 — Life changer

*2026-04-22*

This app is great. Tracks all your claims and helps you making sure you do not forget any appointments along the road. Definitely download it if you are about to separate / retire from the Military.

**Developer response:** Thank you for this!

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.8.4 — 2026-08-26

New: save the collateral duties you held. In Claim Intel, Additional Duties, tap "I held this duty" on SERE, Auxiliary Security Force, Detainee Operations, Drill Sergeant, Airborne and the rest. They save to your profile and print on your claim summary, VSO packet and exposure profile. Collateral duties carry exposures and claimable conditions your primary MOS does not imply.

New: edit or delete symptom log entries. Tap any entry in your history to view it, then edit or delete. Deleting asks first and cannot be undone.

New: record every period of service properly. The same MOS can now attach to more than one period, so a 13F who served Active Duty and later National Guard can record both instead of picking one.

Fixed: purchases now tell you what went wrong. If a subscription does not go through, the app says why instead of doing nothing. It also recognizes a purchase waiting on approval and tells you not to buy twice. Repeated card refusals are usually the store account, not the card.

Improved: search explains itself. Search a symptom like "urinary frequency" or "nerve entrapment" and each result shows which of your terms matched it, so an unfamiliar clinical name makes sense.

Fixed: MOS type survives a backup restore between iPhone and Android. Primary, secondary and prior no longer collapse to primary.

New this month: nerve entrapment and pinched nerve now findable across 18 diagnostic codes. Added E-3 Sentry (AWACS), Army 18Z and 18F, Navy Auxiliary Security Force and Detainee Operations. Corrected Air Force AFSC titles (2E2X1, 2A8X1, 2A8X2, 2A9X1) and added 3D1X2. Fort Bragg, Fort Hood, Fort Gordon, Fort Polk and Fort Rucker restored to current names with the interim names still searchable. Fort A.P. Hill added.

### 1.8.3 — 2026-08-17

Version 1.8.3

PERIODS OF SERVICE

Record each enlistment separately with its dates, component, and MOS. Active Duty, Reserve, National Guard. Your exports now show your full service history instead of one date range.

Two minor bugs:

Symptom log PDFs were silently dropping entries with long notes. If you exported a symptom log before this update, some entries may be missing from the PDF. Nothing was ever lost from the app. Re-export and you will have the complete record.

Flat feet, claw foot, weak foot, and metatarsalgia were allowing a left and a right rating to be entered separately. The VA rates those as a single condition. If you entered one on both sides, remove the extra side. Your combined rating estimate may have been estimated higher than it could be.

Also in this update: Restart Setup now works and asks what to restart, your service history, your claim, or everything.

### 1.8.2 — 2026-08-15

Minor Bug Fixes and SMC updates.

### 1.8.1 — 2026-08-13

VSO FINDER, REBUILT

The old search stopped at state lines. Now it doesn't. A new server-side search covers 26,621 places including cities, counties, and ZIP codes across all 50 states. Radius ladder at 50, 150, and 500 miles. Distance shown on every result. Typing "Texarkana TX" now returns the closest office, which happens to be in Arkansas. Offline falls back to the cached engine.

VSO PACKET: EVIDENCE CITATIONS

Tap any document in your evidence record and add the specific file and page where it appears. Prints as an evidence index on the packet cover. Your VSO opens to exactly where the record is.

CLAIM READINESS, REBUILT

No longer a bar and a number. Now it names the next missing document for each condition, and each row opens that condition's checklist. Every row looks and works like a button.

TDIU: PURSUING OR GRANTED

TDIU used to be one switch. A vet filing for TDIU printed on their packet as already rated at percentages that aren't possible under 38 CFR 4.16(a). Now it's three states: none, pursuing, or granted. Two plain checkboxes. Existing grants never silently downgrade.

REMAND TRACKING

Remand is now a Navigator step and a journal stage with its own icon. The copy has been corrected against 38 CFR 20.802(c), 3.2502, and 20.800(e). The previous text described
the legacy rule, not the current one.

NOTES EXPORT

Notes and C&P exam notes now print per condition in the export. Pro users get a PDF.

BACKUP FIXES

Assigned bases and worked airframes were silently dropped on iOS backups. The claim journal, VSO appointments, and Navigator routes were in no backup on either platform.
TDIU pursuing status was lost through a restore. All closed.

ALSO IN THIS RELEASE

MOS alias search. A Marine searching "infantry" now finds 0311 Rifleman. Five gynecological condition rating tiers corrected against 38 CFR 4.116. The unified VSO packet
builder.

Everything stays on your phone.
No account. No tracking.

### 1.7.0 — 2026-08-09

Version 1.7.0

THE CLAIM JOURNAL
Your claim doesn't end at the rating. It keeps going for years. Now there's somewhere to keep all of it.
Timeline. Notes with a topic, from Intent to File and C&P exams through VA home loans and student loan discharge. Search it years later.
Evidence record. Every document you have, who wrote it, and the date it reached the VA. Anything you gathered but never sent gets flagged.
Condition reviews. A yearly line per rated condition: better, the same, or worse, what changed, and what it cost you at work.

IT STARTS THE ENTRIES FOR YOU
File an HLR, get a decision, or book a VSO visit, and the app offers a ready-made entry with the dates already worked out. You read it before anything saves.

REMINDERS THAT KNOW THE DEADLINES
An Intent to File is good for one year, so the reminder lands at ten months. A decision starts a one-year window, so that one lands at nine. Every suggested date shows its reasoning.

EXAM QUESTIONNAIRE
The questions a C&P examiner actually asks, answered on a calm day in your own words. Flare-ups, good days, average days, bad days. Export as a clean PDF to read back the night
before or file with the VA on a 21-4138.

MY VSO IS ITS OWN TAB
Your pinned office, upcoming visits, veteran ratings, and the full directory, all in one
place.

ALSO IN THIS UPDATE
VSO data is fixed nationwide. Bell County, Texas had one office listed when ten serve the
area. Counties are filled in across the country and missing national offices are back.

Find a VSO loads much faster.

Bilateral conditions log separately. Logging one shoulder no longer overwrites the other.

Backdating a log entry saves to the day you picked.

Autocorrect stays out of your notes.

Everything stays on your phone. No account, no tracking.
