Video session was dropped, and I couldn’t get back into the video session. The software does not allow focusing on one participant, it selects the loudest person. A spotlight control would improve this. But clicking the link never, I mean NEVER opens the app on its own. I’ve learned it is because the app is not compatible with Google Chrome. I am using an Apple phone/iPad/Mac and the only way to open the video through the app, if Safari isn’t your primary browser, is to copy the link and paste it to Safari. Then an option to open the app will show at the top of the Safari browser. Other than that, once I’m in the call it works as intended. It would be nice if it took you to the app regardless of which browser is your main. ### 2/5 — No video since new iOS *2025-01-10, version 2.11.1* iOS 18.2.1 can’t get video to work no matter what I try. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. The audio plays on a loop in the waiting room. They checked that i was connected and app was working! It opens up in my device’s browser then, if it works at all, it gives me a red “poor connection” banner when connected to a WiFi router right next to me. It won’t even connect to the “test call” and tells me “the host hasn’t joined” and ends the call instead of waiting for the provider to join like it used to. “This app requires access to Bluetooth”…what for? To sync up to medical devices I don’t have in order to have a video chat with a provider that will never prescribe a medical device? I HATE using VVC and CONSISTENTLY have issues when attempting to use it no matter what device I try to use (laptop, desktop, iPhone, and iPad). 3 of my last 4 video appointments have ended up being phone calls because it never works. Wrong link, but I was told to download the app. There was no place to paste the link.
