## What is Vaaday?

Vaaday is the all-in-one app for building managers (vaad), HOA boards, and property committees.

Whether you manage 10 or 100 apartments, Vaaday gives you every tool you need — without the spreadsheets, group chats, or paper trails

PAYMENTS & ACCOUNTING
Track monthly dues for every apartment. Record payments in seconds, send automatic reminders to overdue tenants, and keep a real-time balance for your building fund. Export records anytime.

INCIDENT MANAGEMENT
Residents report issues directly from the app. Assign incidents to contractors, track progress from open to resolved, and keep everyone informed with status updates.

VOTES & GENERAL ASSEMBLIES
Run binding votes for your building — renovation approvals, budget decisions, rule changes. Set your audience, close the vote, and share results transparently with all residents.

REAL-TIME DISCUSSIONS
Dedicated discussion threads for your building. Share announcements, coordinate maintenance, and let residents communicate — without flooding personal WhatsApp groups.

DOCUMENTS
Store and share building documents: insurance policies, contractor invoices, meeting minutes, regulations. Always accessible, always organized.

RESIDENT MARKETPLACE
Residents can list items to sell, give away, or offer services — exclusively within your building community.

SMART NOTIFICATIONS
Get instant push notifications for new payments, incidents, votes, and messages. Never miss something important.

MULTI-BUILDING
Manage multiple buildings from a single account. Switch between buildings in one tap.

CONTRACTOR PORTAL
Send quote requests directly to service providers. Track proposals, approve interventions, and attach intervention reports.

Vaaday is built for Israeli building committees (ועד בית) and designed for real daily use — in Hebrew, French, English, and Russian.
