Getting your Dutch boating licence starts with knowing the rules — well enough to actually apply them on the water. Vaarbewijs Pro walks you through everything, step by step.

Step 1: Learn the theory
Eight chapters covering all KVB1 exam topics — right of way rules (BPR and RPR), waterway signs, vessel recognition, signals, safety and more. Clear explanations, no filler.

Step 2: Build your knowledge with flashcards
Key rules, definitions, and terms in short card format — great for 10 minutes on the train. Includes a dedicated deck for English speakers learning the Dutch nautical vocabulary that comes up in the exam.
