vabletNotes records your meeting, creates a clear summary, separates decisions from commitments, and drafts the follow-up email before you leave. It works privately on your iPhone or iPad—without an account, a meeting bot, or a vablet server.

FREE, WITH NO RECORDING LIMIT

Use the core meeting workflow free, with no limit on recording minutes. An optional vabletNotes Pro subscription adds People, Library, Messages, advanced search and filtering, additional languages, translation, CSV export, and full backup.

Cancel anytime in iOS Settings. Cancelling never deletes your recordings.

DEVICE REQUIREMENTS

vabletNotes runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 18 or later. Automatic summaries and follow-up writing require a device that supports Apple Intelligence. Other supported devices can record and transcribe; you write the notes yourself.

Apple Intelligence availability varies by device, language, and region.

Always follow applicable laws and obtain consent before recording.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

vabletNotes Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription: $7.99 per month or $59.99 per year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
