Temperature unit was decided from the device's LANGUAGE/locale setting (usesFahrenheit), not where the person actually is — a traveler with a non-US-locale phone physically in the US got Celsius. Added resolveUsesFahrenheit(), which uses the same IP-based whereami lookup already used for the Boarding Pass "from" country, falling back to the locale guess only until it resolves. 5.
