PLAN YOUR WAY 
• Create and organize multiple trips in one app.
• Build flexible day-by-day itineraries with times, notes, custom images, and themed day cards.  
• Follow the trip from compact Planning, full Itinerary, and Today views. 
• Manage packing checklists, transportation routes, budgets, hotel strategy, useful apps, saved places, photo spots, and travel notes. 
• Keep core trip plans available offline.

RESERVATIONS AND REMINDERS 
• Store detailed flight, hotel, event, activity, and transit reservations. 
• Track airport codes, departure and arrival times, terminals, gates, seats, baggage, booking references, and links. 
• Save transit routes with origin, destination, and Apple Maps directions. Vacay Trip Planner can estimate duration and distance with Apple MapKit and open the route in Apple Maps. 
• Schedule local notification reminders before important trip events. 
• Automatically add reservation and airport locations to All Places.

• Review clearly labeled historical weather estimates for future planning when forecasts are not yet available.

• Keep a private Trip Diary with photos, timestamps, notes, and optional locations.

PRIVACY AND BACKUPS 
• Protect travel cards, identity details, passports, loyalty programs, coupon and flyer photos, and custom records in an encrypted Travel Wallet with Face ID support. 
• Optionally synchronize encrypted Wallet data through your private iCloud account. 
• Back up and restore planner data using JSON or Markdown files.

• Download, install, update, or remove themes from the curated catalog.

Core planning works offline. Live weather, exchange rates, online map details, transit estimates, theme downloads, Google Maps list import, and some sharing features require an internet connection or related iOS service. Some features require device permission. The free version supports one active trip; a one-time in-app purchase unlocks unlimited trips.
