The only way to export seems to be via a mystery vaccine code, not on any cdc or hhs document. Weird glitch? So I tried to enter them by taking a picture of my CDC vaccination record card to confirm the information. It kept giving me an error message after 6 different picture attempts that my name and birthdate did not match the information provided on the HIPAA form (which it clearly did). Just wasted a good 45 mins of my time and nothing to show for it... hopefully this review will save someone else's precious time.
