## What is Vaditrans Admin?

Vaditrans Admin puts your entire transport operation in your pocket. Built for
fleet managers, dispatchers and transport office staff, it gives you a live view
of every trip, vehicle and driver in your company — and lets you act on what you
see, wherever you are.

Plans change in road transport. A driver calls in sick, a truck goes into the
workshop, a customer moves a delivery. With Vaditrans Admin you reassign the work
in seconds from your phone instead of waiting until you are back at a computer.

TRIPS
• Every company trip in one list, newest first, with customer, reference number,
  dates and current status visible at a glance.
• Search by customer, or filter by reference number, truck, trailer, driver or
  date period.
• Show only open trips when you want to focus on work still in progress.
• Open any trip for the full picture: route, stops and how far the driver has got.
• Reassign the driver, second driver, truck, second truck or trailer at any time.
• Close a trip when the job is done — or reopen it if something needs revisiting.
• Reset driver statuses when a trip needs to be run again from the start.

TRUCKS AND TRAILERS
• Your complete fleet list with registration number, coupled unit and the driver
  currently assigned.
• Edit plate details, inspection, registration and ADR dates, and internal
  comments directly on the device.
• Archive vehicles that leave the fleet, and restore them if they come back.
• Find any vehicle instantly by number, driver or coupled unit.

DRIVERS
• See every driver, who is out on a trip right now, and which vehicles they are
  assigned to.
• Keep names, phone numbers and email addresses up to date.
• Set each driver's default truck and trailer so future assignments take one tap.
• Archive drivers who no longer work with you.

NEVER MISS AN EXPIRY
Technical inspection, registration and ADR certificate dates are colour-coded
throughout the app. Anything expiring soon shows amber, anything already overdue
shows red — so a compliance problem catches your eye before it catches you out
at a roadside check.

BUILT FOR WORKING QUICKLY
• Search and filters on every list, with active filters shown as chips you can
  clear one at a time.
• Your trip filters are remembered between sessions, so you come back to the view
  you left.
• Pull to refresh, and smooth endless scrolling through long trip lists.
• Consistent colour coding everywhere: green for completed, amber for pending or
  expiring, red for expired or cancelled, blue for active, grey for archived.
• A confirmation prompt before anything irreversible, so nothing changes by
  accident.
• English, Lithuanian and Russian, switchable at any time from the account menu.

WORKS WITH THE VADITRANS DRIVER APP
Your drivers use the Vaditrans driver app to receive their trips and report
progress from the road. Vaditrans Admin is the management side of the same
platform: what your drivers do appears here, and what you change here reaches
them.

GETTING STARTED
Vaditrans is a fleet management platform for transport and haulage companies of
any size, and any company can apply for an account.

1. Fill in the request form at https://vaditrans.eu/new_account.html
2. We review your request and set up your organisation account
3. You receive administrator credentials by email
4. Sign in to the app and your trips, vehicles and drivers are ready

If your company already uses Vaditrans, ask your account administrator to grant
you administrator permissions, then sign in.
