It failed me constantly and customer support is slow to respond. You can't see what time it, is you can't see if you have service, it blacks out the top and bottom of your screen. It has made running my business much easier and way more efficient. The best part is that my entire business is now on my iPhone. I know how much is in my machines just by opening the Vagabond App. Two people at Vagabond who have been a tremendous help have been Mohammed and Bonnie. Always very quick to help. I highly recommend Vagabond if you are a vending operator.
