None of them are anywhere near close to me. ### 3/5 — Close but not quite. *2026-08-23, version 4.5* As a client, I appreciate being able to book online. However, the Vagaro app should allow you to make more than one appointment with the same practitioner in a given use session and not have to restart every time you want to make a new appointment if you’re trying to schedule out. Also, they should have an integration with Google Calendar so that I can subscribe to my upcoming appointments much like the Jane app and other apps I have used. Update: the generic reply you sent to be in touch is a waste of both our time. The developer invited me to contact support, but their response does not clarify whether these features actually exist. I’m requesting two straightforward customer features: the ability to book several appointments on different future dates with the same practitioner in one session, and the ability to automatically add my Vagaro bookings to my personal Google Calendar. Vagaro’s documentation appears to limit multiple-service booking to the same day, while Google Calendar syncing appears to be intended for businesses. If customer-facing options exist, they should be clearly accessible within the booking flow. ### 1/5 — It’s always glitching *2026-08-08, version 4.4.8* Lack of staff, the app doesn’t work most of the time, I am stuck here as a medspa as it takes forever to move the forms and paperwork. ### 1/5 — Horrible booking app *2026-08-06, version 4.4.8* I have tried writing this review a few times. In short the app doesn’t work well, can’t login with any of the login options and it’s hard to even find the services without using their links ### 1/5 — Not user friendly at all *2026-08-06, version 4.4.7* Glitches & will just completely crash bringing me back to the home page of my phone. I have an appointment I need to cancel and it says it’s confirmed but won’t appear in my “appointments” tab. Nothing about this app has been beneficial and I have to call them now anyways to cancel so the app is useless. ### 1/5 — Sucks *2026-08-05, version 4.4.7* I am with Vagaro because of the fundamental things as a massage therapist such as forms, breaks between appointments, etc. The AI assistant they give you does not book appointments for you, nor do they answer the paid phone number we pay for. Really unsure what it really does 🤷🏻‍♀️ I had to pay a different company for AI phone assistant. The tax marketing is a scam, they only allow you a certain amount of characters, even after paying for the upgrade you have to pay more out-of-pocket to send your text. They have changed the email marketing so my drafts do not automatically save. The new card reader is equivalent to a 2010 android phone that needs software updates every time I turn it on. The tap to pay does not work. They took away the marketplace advertising for $10 mo, now they take 20% for feeding new clients. Lastly the older clients have a hard time booking. Frankly, they’re the only people with money to spend anymore so.. Vagaro is okay for the fundamentals, but do not spend any extra money with them - it’s simply not worth it. If I had the time I would switch booking platforms but as a one woman business owner, I do not have time to talk to them about these issues nor do I have time to switch booking platforms. Small business owners do not have time to be going back-and-forth with Vagaro, they need to stop playing with our money. ### 1/5 — Glitching, crashing, spinning, and buggy. Needs a fix *2026-08-05, version 4.4.6* The app needs to be fixed. It constantly freezes, and I have to force-close it several times a day. I’ve deleted it, reinstalled it, updated it, and nothing has helped. The biggest problem happens when I switch between different sections of the app. It gets stuck on the loading screen and just keeps spinning. This happens when I try to open Friends and Family, notifications, appointments, and other parts of the app. It’s become very unstable. This isn’t a problem with my phone. It’s happening on multiple phones used by members of my family, all with the same app. The problem is with the app itself. Except, every time I try to actually do something on the app, it says it’s ’time for an upgrade’. Okay, fine, no big deal. I’m known to wait for upgrades until I have to. Go to the app, try to upgrade, Apple Store says it’s the most current and UTD. So I go back into the app, says it is ‘time for an upgrade’. So it’s just really frustrating overall. I just end up using the website or booking elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work! *2026-08-01, version 4.4.6* I used to use the Vagaro website without issue but tried the app and its non functioning and just times out. Also tried the website directly and that’s doing the same thing just timing out, nit bringing up the booking page or just taking me to pages I haven’t even clicked on. Deleting the app and having to phone instead now. Waste of time and effort even attempting with Vagaro. ### 1/5 — Search function does not work *2026-07-26, version 4.4.5* I was asked to use this app to book at my local gym, but the varago app keeps automatically searching for ALL businesses in my area and it will not show my gym even when I search it by name. Super frustrating! ### 1/5 — Worst booking app I have ever used *2026-07-26, version 4.4.5* First just trying to search any this is a pain. You can’t just change locations you have to type the location in where you would put a business name. then you can’t search the business and have to filter through what ever type of business it is. When trying to add a payment that is not in my wallet on their sight it won’t let me copy my card number over have to manually type it. I despise this app and hate that my local business I go to was forced into it due to them buying out the one they were using. I will find a different way to make my appointment because I won’t be using this worthless app. Wish I could put zero stars 1 is to many. ### 1/5 — So many better cheaper options *2026-07-21, version 4.4.5* Support was terrible to deal with online when I tried to cancel. ### 1/5 — Complete Dog Fecal Matter, in a Blender! *2026-07-20, version 4.4.5* Won’t let me confirm my account. When I log in, everything is fine. Then they have to verify my phone with two step. Understandable. Even though I’ve done it twice for this phone through the browser. Then comes the glitch. The text comes through, but the app displays a blank page. Even if I use the automatic paste on the iPhone, there isn’t a way to hit the “confirm” button. The only way to see the page that should be displaying, is to click the “home” button at the bottom. Then, for a split second, you see the confirmation page, before the loading happens. I figured I could just click the confirm super quick, before the page switched. But after trying at least 3 dozen times, it isn’t possible. What a frustrating piece of doo doo. I’m out! Deuces ✌️I will delete the app, my profile, and just be done with the barber shop that uses this service. I am that done, because I wasted SO much time trying to make this dumb thing work. But having 4 different 2 factor Authentications for the same phone is overkill. If I trust google with my profile information, so should your dumb app. If you follow any software development lifecycle, this should be caught and fixed in QA. This is just laziness, which is why I am done. Hope someone reads this and avoids the time suck that I went through. ### 2/5 — Frustrating!! *2026-07-19, version 4.4.5* I don’t find this app user friendly whatsoever. I had to have the owner of the establishment help me create an account as I was going in circles trying to log in. She also had to create a bookmark for me as I could never find the spa by using the search bar. I have tried multiple times to use the search bar to look up other places and I get no where. What’s also frustrating is that so many places use this app for customers to book appointments that not using it is unavailable. ### 2/5 — Email id for all??? *2026-07-14, version 4.4.5* Why you ask to add email for everyone when added as family member? ### 1/5 — Horrible. *2026-07-06, version 4.4.4* Would NOT recommend that any salon or service use this app. So hard to book who you want, find times or even find the business. Typed in the name of the salon that I normally use and it can’t find it. Can’t find a salon who uses the app? I can tried using several emails to create new accounts because I can’t get into mine ever. ### 1/5 — Unable to book Appts. *2026-08-21, version 4.5.1* So for some reason I am unable to book classes for the gym I attend. Or it walks me through the process like I am booking yet, nothing shows up under appt. So it makes it seem like I am not attending the gym classes and I am. The troubleshooting piece is I can go through the process it shows that I booked the classes or checked out with my cart. Yet, if I go back to my cart the classes are still there. It’s like I am stuck in a loop or the app is not refreshing and recording that I booked my classes/appts. This is causing the gym owner to think I am not attending which I then get unnecessary text messages because of the above. Fix this issue within the app. ### 1/5 — Glitchy *2026-08-21, version 4.5* I can’t even use the app because it keeps sending me a code for verification and when I get it I can’t even enter it into the app because then the app just kicks me out. Mind you this app is updated and my phone it should not be doing this at all! ### 1/5 — This is a terrible app *2026-08-18, version 4.5* It is almost impossible to rebook an appointment with the same provider. And God help you if you have two providers who use Vagaro. Then it is absolutely impossible. Just the most awful app if you are a salon find another app to use because this one is horrible. ### 1/5 — Not responsible *2026-08-16, version 4.5* My hairstylist did not show up and when I called the costumer service of Vagaro they did nothing for helping me. ### 1/5 — Add to Calendar is broken; email support doesn’t work *2026-08-13, version 4.4.9* I’ve used Vagaro for a few years now without issue. However, today after booking an appointment with my stylist, like usual and using the add to Calendar feature, the calendar entry that was created was a week earlier than the actual appointment. I double checked this against Vagaro and confirmed that it was wrong. I’m not sure if this is a one time thing or if the app is broken, and I wasn’t able to reach Vagaro support because the email link in their support was broken. App used to be fine but now a total dumpster fire. The button to email support does nothing and no email is listed in the app. ### 1/5 — Cannot access appointments *2026-08-12, version 4.4.9* Absolutely garbage app. Can’t access appointments on mobile. Can’t search for services. The only way to use this is through web browser. Complete waste of time trying to use this iOS app. If I could give 0 I would. Only reason I’m on here is cause the barber I go to takes appointments through it.
