## What is VagoTakt?

Slow breathing at 5–6 breaths per minute is a long-established relaxation pacing — the simplest way to engage the vagus nerve, the calming, parasympathetic side of your nervous system. It is a relaxation practice, not a treatment. VagoTakt guides it with wrist haptics — eyes closed, screen ignored — and shows how your own HRV history changes alongside it.

• Rhythms: Coherence 5.5 and Calm 4–6 included; Box 4-4-4 and Deep 4–10 with Pro.
• Sessions: 1 and 3 minutes included; 5 and 10 minutes with Pro.
• Balance: a transparent wellness indicator comparing your latest HRV with your own 28-day median — the exact numbers are shown, never a black box. Single readings rise and fall with the hour; the 7-day trend is the signal.
• 7-day HRV chart from HealthKit (read-only; data never leaves the watch).

The app itself is a one-time purchase. VagoTakt Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks the advanced rhythms and the 5- and 10-minute sessions.
