I struggle with anxiety. I have been reading about Vagus Nerve treatment for two years. I was happy to find out about Vagus vibe. I find after three treatments that it brings me into the here and now. After only a short time, I cannot tell you if it’s the treatment or a placebo effect. I do feel better so I’m going to continue and then I will update my review.

I heard great things about this app. I downloaded it and gave it a try a few weeks ago, set for 5 minutes. I only used it for a short while, less than a minute, then got distracted and turned it off. I wanted to try again today. I can’t start a new session. It says I have 4 minutes 14 seconds left of the session, and 1 minute remaining today of the free trial (even though I didn’t use it today.). Then when I click to start the session it asks me to upgrade. I don’t want to upgrade if I can’t try it. How can I reset this loop so that I can actually try the app before deciding to purchase? Thanks.

**Developer response:** Hi! Thanks for reaching out! The handling of the trial period has changed during this time. If you delete and install the app again you should be able to try it.

This app is good. The haptics from the phone feel distinct and strong. It’s reminiscent of my Apollo Neuro wearable, and the price point (one off payment with no subscription requirement is very attractive). 

I have only tried one of the patterns, so don’t have extensive experience with the app, but I like it so far. My only piece of advice would be perhaps turn on focus on the phone while using the app so that nothing interrupts the session. 

I had an alarm set on my phone that interrupted my session, and it caused the vibration to stop though the timer was still counting down. 

I was able to pause the session, exit and reinter and the session resumed with the vibrations, so the app was somewhat confused by the interruption, but easily sorted. If you activate a focus session on your phone prior to utilizing the app, it should circumvent that issue. No big deal either way though.
