In high-stakes environments like healthcare, users need to trust that the system can correctly interpret intent and provide relevant results. An AI that confidently returns the wrong specialty erodes trust in the entire product.

The concern is not just this specific recommendation. The concern is that if the system can be this wrong on a straightforward query, users have no way to know when other responses may also be incorrect.
