Too many incidents of Gateway Unreachable. Feedback typically stating that wifi may have changed when nothing has been changed. It is not reliable for remote control. Rather dissapointing

Great when connects you thermostat to your boiler, but if your thermostat looses connection there is zero info, just a blank white screen. No troubleshooting steps nothing

Generally I’ve found the app good and useful.  It can be glitchy.  It also doesn’t show what the boiler screen does when there is an error, I have to go into the loft to see what is on the boiler which is frustrating.  Also won’t show me heating water pressure or any of the readouts.   This has been an issue for me.
Currently the app is just giving me a blank white screen!

Been using for 3 years, the entire set up is horribly unreliable. I wish I’d bought a simpler cheaper boiler and added Nest or Hive separately.

Nicht mal die Brauchwasser Temperatur lässt sich regulieren, Druck zeigt es auch nicht an.

Es funktioniert einfach nicht. Ich kann nicht dreimal am Tag den Router vom Strom nehmen, dass ich meine Heizung steuern kann für die anderen Geräte ist das nicht gut. Nur weil Vaillant das nicht auf die Reihe bekommt. Es ist einfach nur schlecht rausgeschmissenes Geld nicht zu empfehlen. Ich habe sowas ähnliches von Junkers. Seit zehn Jahren läuft es ohne Probleme.
Es ist einfach nur ein billiger China Import!!

Andauernd ist der Getaway nicht erreichbar. Es geht mal zwei Tage gut und dann ist wieder alles dahin und man muss fünf mal am Tag wieder alles neu einstellen. Trotz einem WLAN Verstärker, der in 40 cm Entfernung von dem Getaway ist. 
So hat das Gerät wirklich keinen Sinn

I used the app to set up my heating system two days ago but today it has stopped working. The app no longer opens so I am unable to control my heating

I couldn’t download the vSmart app, I asked for help and received four emails with unhelpful information. On the fourth email (which I received after five days) after chasing a reply, I was told I needed the vSmart App on my phone. Which I said I couldn’t download in my first email. I would be embarrassed if my level of service in my job was so appalling!

This app is terrible. Their servers frequently don’t connect. Rather than admit their problem you waste your time double checking everything at home - but it’s their fault.
Don’t use this system, hook the boiler to another RELIABLE service.

### 1/5 — Keine Verbindung zum Gateway - Schrott?

Leider kann ich diese App nicht mit meinem eRELAX Gateway verbinden. Die Verbindung des Gateways zum Router funktioniert sofort aber danach ist "Schluss mit Lustig". Ich sehe nur noch: "Reset läuft ..." in dieser App. 
Ich habe bisher keinerlei Hinweis gefunden wie und wo ich weitermachen kann.
Alle Anschlüsse sind richtig vorhanden, eBus funktioniert, IP Adresse ist vergeben die App findet aber niemals das Gateway. Alle typischen Verfahren wurden durchexerziert, Router neu gestartet, App neu installiert, iPhone neu gestartet, anderes iPhone. Auch eine eMail an den Vaillant app-support bleibt bisher ohne Antwort.
Was macht man dann einer 400€ teueren Steuerung wenn kein Anschluss möglich ist?

I have tried all the possible ways to connect the Vsmart app with the boiler but nothing seems to be working. I have called the customer care at least 20 times and to explain the issue but it has been of no use and same has been the case with emails. I would give you not even 1 star but if anyone from the Dev team is reading this, please spare sometime to atleast respond back to the customers.

Vaillant’s remote control app for the gas boiler central heating is simple to use and effective for a boost to the regular settings if there is a cold snap. Ability to set the duration of any overrides means it’s cost effective too.

Helps me control my heating where ever I am in the World. You are able to boost the heating temperature and decrease for st periods. Especially good if the temperature outside suddenly changes. Pity the “I’m away” option no longer gives you the option to set a date and time for your return.

Had the Vaillant thermostat / controller / programmer and the app on my phone for 3 weeks now. It has been easy to set up to specific times and temperatures for each day. It is easy to set a holiday mode or even just going out for part of a day. We were abroad during this period and it was easy to set the boiler back to normal temperatures from frost protection 3 or 4 hours before ETA home. The app varies the boiler water temperature for the radiators according to outside temperature and any time I’ve checked it seems pretty accurate in the estimation of the outside temperature. Too early to say if this will lower gas bill. I’m optimistic that the system is working much more efficiently and the house reaches our comfortable temperature a good 
bit quicker. It’s easy to see the inside and outside temperatures any time anywhere so you know exactly what the boiler is doing. Would highly recommend.
