### 1/5 — TERRIBBLE APP, CUSTOMER SEVICE LIARS

Tried this bike in Pompei - the bike itself is fine, but the app is TERRIBLE. It showed available parking, but when I arrived there were two open spots and the app still said “full.” I had to ride to another station, which cost me extra minutes, only to find that location was actually physically FULL even though the app showed availability. Completely INACCURATE and I reported this only for the customer service to argue I was wrong. They weren’t there and they weren’t the ones he had to do the parking and repealing. RIDICULOUS, SO RUDE. Don’t rely on this service if you’re planning a trip, because you’ll almost certainly run into parking problems.

siete vergognosi, é una settimana che provo a pagare con là carta mi dice che qualcosa è andato storto, ho provato a caricare il borsellino, con la stessa carta e funziona, solo che se col borsellino provo a pagare mi dice che qualcosa è andato storto, non posso neanche riprendermi indietro i miei soldi. siete vergognosi

Bel servizio e costo basso. Nota negativa é la presenza di sole 200 bici per una città di 300mila abitanti, l’assenza di un servizio di redistribuzione delle bici, e la scelta un po’ senza senso delle dimensioni dei parcheggi (posizioni molto frequentate che presentano solo 8 spazi disponibili, altre quasi sempre vuote ne presentano il doppio).

L’applicazione non va niente nonostante io fossi in un aerea di parcheggio la bicicletta non si spegneva e quando ho provato a contattare l’assistenza per telefono e-mail non mi hanno risposto fino alle 10 del mattino nonostante il problema fosse stato riscontrato alle di sera e mi ha levato tutti i minuti del bike pass, una volta che gli ho scritto mi hanno detto che devo pagare una penale per non averla parcheggiata

Ottimo servizio è il secondo anno che rinnovo l’abbonamento annuale , Volevo solo segnalare che da qualche giorno ricevo notifiche sulla app riguardanti partecipazioni a raduni ed altri eventi o iniziative. Cliccando sulle notifiche si apre l’app , ma non mi viene mostrato il dettaglio della iniziativa o le modalità con cui partecipare grazie.

Le bici e le funzioni di blocco e sblocco funzionano bene, ma bisognerebbe mostrare quante bici sono negli stalli PRIMA di sbloccarne una. Infatti è inutile che prenda la bici per andare in un posto velocemente se poi trovo il parcheggio pieno e devo aggiungere 15 minuti al mio viaggio per parcheggiare nella stazione successiva.

Prima ti chiede di fare un abbonamento quindi di pagare poi pero trovi la fregatura e scopri che devi pagare un tot per ogni mezz'ora in cui la usi; cosa lo fate a fare l'abbonamento se poi dobbiamo lo stesso pagare????
Immagina chi ha appena fatto l'abbonamento annuale che ha speso 30€ che a fine giornata si ritrova con -20€ sulla carta di credito è follia pura.
Dovrebbe essere come per i pullman, se io faccio l'abbonamento i biglietti non devo pagarli.
