My review. *2021-11-01* This game takes characters from vainglory and makes them everything they are not. It has no real resemblance to Vainglory at all. Adagio was not a sniper he was a healer/tank, celeste was not a warrior she was a glass cannon/long range (5000 base hp? Like come on), gameplay was weird qnd clunky. It is not polished at all. Kestrel misses her ult when it should hit 95% of the time (it is off center). The in game purchases are wildly expensive and it is pay to win. Overall this game should have been better produced to fit vainglory more and should have been more polished before it even attempted to name itself after such a legendary game. Please devs just go back and fix the real vainglory instead of doing this. I havent even downloaded it yet i just want vainglory back man.🥲 ### 3/5 — First impressions *2021-10-28* Being a veteran Vainglory and SEMC player, I looked forward to All Stars by Bazooka Tango. Here are my first impressions. In general, the Brawl Stars formula you implemented has potential and is fun. I’ve played Brawl Stars before and I think the cautionary tale Bazooka Tango should know is how to keep their game modes fresh and exciting as to avoid boredom. I enjoyed the gameplay, and the roster of characters (from the ones I’ve unlocked, at least) is appealing and unique, for both old Vainglory players and new players alike. However, this wouldn’t be a review if I didn’t have critiques either. All Stars feels clunky. Attacking doesn’t feel smooth whatsoever, nor does movement in this game feel polished. Additionally, I find the graphics could have something more to it. Polish the environment a little and maybe add some detail. Smoothen it out. Looking at it for too long isn’t eye catching or interesting, its just, at best, bland and very general. Also, why do the chest times take so long? We don’t need an entire 3 second animation to open a chest (lol, this one is more of a joke critique but seriously though) Final thoughts: All Stars is an amusing spinoff of some other similar games out in the app store, however, it doesn’t have the appeal to keep you playing for a long period of time. In order to retain your playerbase, keep doing what you’re doing (adding new heroes, new games modes, etc), and improve on minute, lifestyle elements like graphics and smoothness.
