## What is Vajoy?

Vajoy Uro-gyn coach has education and reminders for women of all ages.  There are coaching tools for pelvic floor exercises, kegels, perineal massage.  Vajoy contains optional reminders for water intake, bladder training, estrogen application.  There is a section with information on multiple women's health issues including perimenopause, menopause, and HRT.  It has an optional period tracker and more.
