After spending $100+ on a camera to birdwatch, they then ask you to pay a MONTHLY PREMIUM for AI slop and the ability to have any storage for videos without having to daily remove them. I’m sure many others would also find to discover this if they could even open the app in the first place. The laggy, slow, almost impossible to navigate app has no sort of clear way to get help either besides an AI chatbot, so good luck trying to change this! You are able to share your “nest” with others, but they can’t do anything besides watch the videos. Once your storage is filled (it takes about 1 morning depending on your area and the bird amount), they are unable to remove videos except for me, which makes it hard as someone who infrequently checks the app. This app is a miserable experience to avoid if you can help it. ### 1/5 — Wanted to Love *2026-06-07, version 3.3.1* This app along with the device software/hardware are poorly done. There is also no easy way to delete photos and videos. They have to be done individually.
