I do find it really annoying that it refreshes back to the Home Screen, every time you move away from the app! Think the worst part was trying to get a smart meter installed! Multiple cancellations on their side. A couple being last minute. You need a code to log in. Codes only seem to be sent during working hours. Occasionally you’ll get the option to create a passcode to log in quicker - this never works. Have my bank card info stored in the app for payments. Nope, doesn’t work; have to enter the details again every single time.
