## What is Valdura?

Valdura pairs real bloodwork with an AI health assistant that explains what your numbers actually mean, and what to do next.

Your membership includes an annual baseline blood panel, plus add-ons for whatever you're focused on, drawn at Quest or by at-home phlebotomy. Valdura reads your results in plain language, tracks them over time, and turns them into clear, personal next steps that real clinicians review when it matters.

- Understand your labs. Every biomarker explained in plain English, with your own range and trend.
- An AI advisor with memory. Ask anything about your health; Valdura remembers your history and shows its reasoning.
- Wearables, connected. Link Oura, Whoop, or Garmin to see sleep, recovery, and activity alongside your bloodwork.
- Focus on what matters to you. Turn on areas like fertility, longevity, energy, or sleep, and go as deep as you want.
- Clinical review built in. Anything medication-adjacent or care-plan-changing is reviewed by a clinician before it reaches you.
- Your data, your control. Export everything or delete your account any time.

Valdura is a health information and wellness service. It supports, and does not replace, professional medical care.

### 5/5 — Top tier, NOT EVEN CLOSE

*2026-08-10*

There’s nothing out there like this. At least that I haven’t heard. The holistic health approach and every in depth question the app asked me when setting up my profile was the elite level of care I’ve been looking for to take my health and physical well-being to the next level!!

### 5/5 — Clutch

*2026-08-10*

I wasn’t a fan of trackers in the past, but this is so easy to use and the ai is so good!

### 5/5 — A must have

*2026-08-07*

The chat interface is a huge separator from other AI models. I havnt found anything out there as helpful as this with my health and longevity goals

### 5/5 — Finally, an app that gets it!!

*2026-08-07*

As a mom navigating postpartum and fertility, I’ve spent way too many hours down Google rabbit holes that just left me more confused (and slightly convinced I had 4 rare diseases). Valdura actually breaks things down in a way that makes sense. It’s helped me understand what’s going on with my body instead of just throwing symptoms at a wall. Genuinely useful, easy to use, and doesn’t talk to you like a robot pretending to be a doctor. And within minutes it made an entire WEEK’s worth of meals for me that are tailored to my health goals (I’m obsessed). Highly recommend to any mama trying to figure out her own health while also keeping tiny humans alive. 🫶🏼

### 5/5 — Great overall health

*2026-08-07*

Great resource for all inclusive health tracking and recommendations.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.2.1 — 2026-08-31

A new app icon, drawn from our designer's real artwork.

Inside the app, every screen now opens the same way: back in the same place, the screen's name in the same place, and the same space around everything. Lists read as lists on thin rules instead of every row sitting in its own box, so a page of recommendations is something you can scan rather than scroll through. Forms look like forms, and typing into one no longer leaves the field you are using hidden behind the keyboard.

Also fixed: daily step totals no longer blend two devices, chat reads your newest results first and skips ones marked in error, dose logs use your own timezone, and the intake form says exactly what date format it wants.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-08-10

Apple Health is here. Connect it once and your sleep, heart rate, HRV, steps, workouts, VO2 max, and cycle data flow in alongside your bloodwork - including history from other apps that write to Health.

Cycle tracking, built for the Fertility and Menopause Focuses. Log your period, ovulation tests, cervical mucus, and more on a calendar (including past days), and see your cycle day, phase, and estimated fertile window. Your assistant reads it all in context.

A new Performance surface for athletes: tell Valdura what today asks - rest, training, or competition - and see your recovery read against it, your week of sessions, training load against your own normal, and the bloodwork side of performance.

Plus a new help menu: get oriented, report a bug, or suggest a feature in two taps. Your assistant can now pass your ideas along too.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-08-09

Strength logging is here: sets, reps, and weight, with per-exercise history and a rest timer. Workouts from Oura and Garmin import automatically, and you can bring your training history over from Hevy. New workout achievements. Sources on your plan and recommendations now link to medical authorities like NIH and MedlinePlus. Chat now opens fresh so asking something new is instant, with your history one tap away. Plus fixes and polish throughout.

### 1.0 — 2026-08-07
