## What is Valeazy Operator?

Valeazy is valet parking software for parking operators. The operator app gives valet attendants and managers everything they need to run the lot from a single phone — no paper tickets, no guesswork.

Attendants can:
  • Scan or create parking tickets in seconds
  • Record vehicle condition on video at check-in
  • Request and stage vehicles for fast returns
  • Record cash payments and settle tickets as vehicles leave

Managers get a clear view of the lot and the team, so pickups are quicker and every vehicle is accounted for.

Valeazy is provided to valet companies as a subscription service. Access requires an operator account issued by your Valeazy-enabled location.

- Vehicles released without paying are now flagged, counted, and can be written off
- Shift summary and reports show Released Unpaid and Written Off totals
- Tickets that no pricing rule covers show "Pricing error" instead of reading as free
- Un-request now sits behind a "..." menu so it can't be tapped by mistake
- Plate scans that disagree with a saved vehicle ask before overwriting it
- Vehicle details can be corrected from the ticket screen
- Vehicle requests play a car horn alert instead of the default chime
- The scanner drops the eTicket QR mode and now switches between Plate and Barcode

App-facing changes since build 7:
  - Condition camera opens automatically at check-in
  - Condition videos record without audio (a phone call no longer kills the recording)
  - Confirmation prompt before skipping a condition video; skipping now advances the ticket
  - Confirm the guest received their eTicket
  - Cash tip entry removed
  - Guests who already paid aren't charged again
