### 1/5 — Does not login or email OTP does not work most of the time

*2026-09-27*

My local gym (Impact zone) switched over to Valence and for some of us members, it is failure at launch. Will see if it works. The staff tried to help me as well, but If email from the system does not work, then it is not good. There are only so many times we will try to use this app.

**Developer response:** I'm sorry about the issues logging into the app, we have since corrected it. If you have any problems please contact Mike at the gym and I will assist you.

### 5/5 — Our members love it and our front desk does too

*2026-09-16*

We switched our gym to Valence Hub and it's made a real difference for our members and our staff. Members can book classes, check in, and manage their memberships right from their phones, so the front desk spends less time answering the same questions and more time helping people on the floor. Onboarding new members is quick, and the app is simple enough that people of all ages pick it up right away. The support team has been responsive whenever we've needed anything. It's been a great fit for our gym.
