Je trouve le programme de fidélité très peu avantageux pour les clients fidèles. Impossible de manger 2 fois du Valentine dans la même journée, car un seule transaction est comptabilisé dans le programme fidélité. Valentine devrait récompenser leurs clients selon le montant de la facture, comme McDonald. Valentine a fait l’erreur d’imposé un montant minimum de transaction et cela n’encourage pas les clients à vouloir y aller souvent.
