من أسوأ تجارب خدمة العملاء اللي مريت فيها. أول ما طلبت الخدمة كانوا يردون بسرعة، والاستشارات كانت فورية، وأخذوا الدفع بدون أي تأخير. لكن أول ما بدأت أسأل عن حالة طلبي، اختفى التواصل تمامًا. سألت أكثر من مرة عن وضع الطلب، ولا أحد أعطاني إجابة واضحة، وبعد أيام من المماطلة والتجاهل اضطريت أطلب استرجاع المبلغ.

والأسوأ من كذا، ما وصلني أي إيميل من Valeo Health يؤكد إلغاء الطلب أو بدء إجراءات الاسترجاع، ولا حتى تم إلغاء العملية على تمارا. مجرد حذفوا الطلب من التطبيق وكأنه اختفى، بدون أي إشعار أو توضيح. حذف الطلب من التطبيق مو معناته إنكم بدأتم إجراءات الاسترجاع.

كل مرة يقولون: "انتظر شوي"، وهالشوي صار ساعات ثم أيام. اتصالاتي ما أحد يرد عليها، ورسائل الواتساب يتم تجاهلها، وكل مرة نفس الكلام: "الأولوية لطلبك"، لكن على أرض الواقع ما صار أي شيء.

الغريب إنهم كانوا في قمة السرعة لما كان الموضوع يتعلق بالدفع، لكن بعد ما استلموا الفلوس صار الوصول لهم شبه مستحيل. هذا الأسلوب يبين ضعف كبير في الشفافية والاحترافية واحترام العميل.

اضطريت أفكر أرفع شكوى رسمية فقط عشان أحصل على رد. من واقع تجربتي، إذا صار أي تأخير في طلبك أو احتجت استرجاع مبلغ، لا تتوقع تواصل واضح أو متابعة حقيقية. أنصح أي شخص يفكر يتعامل معهم إنه يعيد التفكير قبل ما يدفع.
One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Valeo Health was extremely responsive when it came to consultations and taking my payment, but that responsiveness disappeared the moment I started asking about my order. Despite repeatedly requesting updates on its status, I received no meaningful answers. After days of being ignored and left without any clarity, I had no choice but to request a refund.

What followed was even more frustrating. I received no refund confirmation email from Valeo Health, no cancellation confirmation through Tamara, and no evidence that the refund process had even been initiated. They simply deleted my order from the app, making it disappear from my account while providing no communication whatsoever. Deleting an order is not the same as processing a refund.

Every inquiry was met with "Please wait a few minutes," which turned into hours, then days. Phone calls went unanswered, WhatsApp messages were ignored, and despite repeatedly assuring me that my refund was being "prioritized," nothing actually happened. It's astonishing how quickly they respond when they're taking your payment, yet how completely inaccessible they become once they have it.

The lack of communication, transparency, and accountability is unacceptable. Customers should never have to repeatedly chase a company for basic order updates, then struggle to get confirmation that a promised refund has even been initiated. I reached the point where filing a formal complaint felt like the only way to get any response.

Based on my experience, Valeo Health was quick to secure payment but failed to provide even the most basic standard of post-purchase customer service. If you value clear communication, transparency, and confidence that your money is being handled properly when something goes wrong, I would think very carefully before ordering from them. 

By far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Valeo Health was incredibly responsive when it came to consultations and taking my payment. Calls were returned immediately, questions were answered, and everything moved quickly—until they had my money.

The moment I started asking for updates on my order, the communication completely disappeared. Despite repeatedly asking for a simple status update, I was given no clear answers. Every response was, "Please wait a few minutes," which turned into hours, then days. After being ignored and left completely in the dark, I had no choice but to request a refund.

Even after agreeing to refund me, Valeo Health has failed to provide any proof that the refund was ever initiated. I have received no refund confirmation email from Valeo Health, no cancellation confirmation through Tamara, and no communication whatsoever. Instead, they simply deleted my order from their app as if that somehow replaced an actual refund process. Deleting an order from an app does not refund a customer's money.

To make matters worse, my Tamara payment plan is still active, meaning I'm still expected to continue paying installments while Valeo Health remains silent. Every reputable retailer I've dealt with—Amazon, Noon, airlines, and hotels—initiates the cancellation immediately, triggering an instant confirmation that the refund process has begun. Valeo Health has done none of that.

Phone calls go unanswered. WhatsApp messages are ignored. Promises that my refund is being "prioritized" have proven to be completely meaningless. The difference in responsiveness before and after payment is impossible to ignore.

The lack of transparency, accountability, and respect for customers is appalling. No customer should have to repeatedly chase a company just to find out where their order is, then spend even more time chasing a refund that was supposedly approved.

As of today, I am still waiting for my refund, my Tamara installments remain active, and Valeo Health has provided no evidence that they have even started the refund process. Based on my experience, they were exceptionally efficient at taking payment but completely unreliable when it came to providing support afterward. I cannot recommend this company to anyone and strongly advise potential customers to think twice before trusting them with their money.

I had a very bad experience with this app. The customer service is poor and the delivery is even worse. I placed an order and waited for days just to get connected with a doctor for the prescription. I wasn’t contacted properly, and when I reached out to customer service they just told me to upload any document and they would “handle it” from their side.
On top of that, the delivery experience was frustrating. The courier contacted me in the afternoon and it’s now 9:45 PM and the order still hasn’t arrived. The driver said he can deliver it “any time after 10 PM” as if I don’t have work, sleep, or a life. I’m expected to just sit and wait endlessly for the order.
Overall, very disappointing experience.

Do not trust this app. The ranges for test results are incorrect. For example, the real eGFR top end is 120, but the app shows 450. Then their “doctor”
will tell you that you have a kidney failure if you are at 100.  Or, they conclude your cholesterol is high, without considering your oxidized cholesterol levels, or C-reactive protein levels, or resting heart rate. They simply repeat and propagate the 30 years old health research scams and hoaxes that were only designed to sell more drugs.

Really disappointed that they are using Folic acid & B6 as pyridoxine which are Both DANGEROUS to the liver ! Please remove them so I can order more IVs .

I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience with Valeo deserves serious attention. I ordered Mounjaro through the app with a promised 24-hour delivery. Despite repeated follow-ups over 5 days, I received nothing—not even a call or tracking update. Every day, support gave me vague or incorrect information (“pharmacy is closed”, “out for delivery”, “Eid delays”, etc.). I had to chase them every single time.

Worst of all, they couldn’t even confirm the medicine was stored correctly during this delay—a major red flag for anyone dealing with sensitive medications.

After multiple assurances and zero action, I was forced to cancel the order out of concern for both the delay and the quality/safety of the product. Even then, it took hours for them to acknowledge the cancellation.

This app might look polished, but the backend support and operations are broken. If you’re relying on timely medicine delivery or professional customer care, do not use this app. It’s unreliable, frustrating, and potentially unsafe.

Very odd. When it came to talking to a health ‘coach’ who was not a qualified doctor g
He didn’t know what test I’d done, what 
the app offers and didn’t have my results to hand for our 15 minute session.  I knew more than he did yet he kept referring to himself as the founder. I am very disappointed as I’d referred many friends to this app and now wander whether it is a total scam.

The customer service is bad in KSA! I got a confirmed appointment one day, and i cancel my dinner plans for it. Then I get a message on the day few hours before the appointment that they want to confirm with me! I said it is confirmed and then they say oh sorry we didn’t confirm it yet but we have available tomorrow. Like something casual without any regards to my schedule…..
