I can’t recommend Valeō Pilates enough! The studio is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed to make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive — they really take the time to ensure your form is correct and that you’re getting the most out of each session. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, they tailor the workout to your level and goals. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my strength, posture, and overall well-being since starting here. It’s truly a gem in North York!

This app makes it so easy to book and check availability for classes! Love that I can go on and buy a membership or package of classes as well!! Love the Valeō app🤎

Honestly I don’t want to sign up for classes any other way! The Valeō app makes it SO easy to book the classes you want and make any adjustments. It’s always a smooth experience!!
