Conveniently it was also so late in the day I’m currently on hold for 55 minutes trying to speak to someone about this. Don’t sign up for this. The therapists don’t actually do anything and they won’t actually try to help with your issues. Trying to get evaluated? Nah here’s some meds. Trying to get actual help? Nah here’s a passive therapist that doesn’t actually get to the issue. ### 1/5 — Therapy is good - Billing department is terrible *2025-01-13, version 2.2.8* Their billing department is a nightmare! ### 1/5 — Bad joke *2024-12-01, version 2.2.8* I was extremely disappointed with this virtual clinic. The psychiatrist or nurse practitioner is the title she goes by racheal regan dolan was a complete joke who told me “she didn’t care about her patients “ and I made no kind of progress in the 10 years I was there. Don’t go to this virtual clinic because it’s not worth it believe me. ### 3/5 — Not for iPad *2024-09-13, version 2.1.14* The phone app “scales” but not really. Doing any sort of video on iPad in the app is janky and you can’t see the entire view properly. Yanina in just a little time made me feel confident with this process. ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE *2024-06-14, version 1.13.12* Providers are amazing but at the end of the day this is a big company trying to protect themselves from being sued. So if you’re in a very vulnerable spot - a place where you need your provider most - you may lose all access to the provider and also platform. This means you also may not feel comfortable being 100% honest with your provider when it is imperative that you are. ### 5/5 — A new beginning *2024-05-10, version 1.13.12* My first therapy was with yazettShe helped me tremendously. She was a very good therapist and then up and disappeared in thin air and then I had another one that wasn’t so good and then I have now Cynthia Wiggins, which is doing good for me. It’s very hard to find a therapist you can try to relate to that’s understanding what you’re saying. and healthy and trying to resolve the situation.
