### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2026-08-06, version 1.0*

I have been using the app with no issues, however I’ve gone to my Valero station to find that it’s been taken over EGOTM, no warning no notification via email. Staff even reported they were only informed 24hrs before. I anticipate that this was so individuals weren’t made aware so couldn’t use their points. Shame on you. THEN, when I come to the app to find my closest station the app hasn’t uploaded the change. Loyalty doesn’t pay and others BEWARNED, if yours hasn’t changed use your points up quickly.

### 1/5 — Can’t login

Credentials fine on website but app refuses. Poor.

### 1/5 — App won’t work

*2026-03-28, version 1.0*

Valero station on my door step but the app won’t let me sign up properly. Just says error no matter what I try

### 1/5 — Mr Matthews

Location Key Street Sittingbourne. Reward scheme can’t claim points machine doesn’t work hasn’t done for months staff couldn’t care less just shrug their shoulders neither can you get the 5p off either so it’s no cheaper than any other garage without the rewards in place. On a positive note fuel is decent.

### 1/5 — BS2 9LU

Just downloaded the app and when I tried to use it at the station the checkout girl said it doesn’t work and she doesn’t know why!?
