This is an incredible app it helps me track all of my information for doctors visits and pains that i have so that when i go it’s all super easy for both me and the doctor to understand what’s going on with my body

Finally an app that allows me to log everything in one place. I can keep track of my cycle, water intake, nutrition, symptoms, and moods. The AI integration has been particularly helpful and unique in giving me personalized feedback and predictions that are meaningful. Love discovering this app and all the available modules/features.
