Valiant Mobile is a redesigned mobile experience for registered users of the Valiant Web Based Solution for Workforce Management. This app provides Valiant customers and their employees more capabilities for accessing information from a smart device. Designed to be used as a companion to the Valiant Solutions Web-based solution, registered users are able to: - View Schedules, Post & Swap Offers, and Notifications - Ability to use the app to enter and manage time entries - View Pay Statements - Location-Awareness for Geo-fencing - Administrators can send notifications, schedule Shift Posts and Swap Offers This is an entirely new mobile app, designed to replace the Valiant ESS mobile app. The Valiant ESS mobile app will continue to be available during the transition, but we encourage registered users of Valiant Solutions download this app in order to take advantage of the new and enhanced features. The Valiant Mobile app is only available to Valiant customers and their employees with a Valiant portal account. You must be registered on the Valiant portal by your employer. Slow load times, doesn’t display future schedule, any “back” buttons in the app function as a “return to home page” button, and most recently my password “expired.” Never have had that happen. I now can no longer get into the app to view pay stubs (which are equally atrocious), and password reset requires a username that I don’t have access to/don’t recall ever setting. Apparently it can’t just send a password reset to my email like 99% of all other login interfaces can.
