I can’t use this app for work. My employer doesn’t want to pay me because I can’t sign into the app, I explained I have a iPhone 13 Max Pro and iOS 16 so I shouldn’t have a issue but I do. Slow load times, doesn’t display future schedule, any “back” buttons in the app function as a “return to home page” button, and most recently my password “expired.” Never have had that happen. I now can no longer get into the app to view pay stubs (which are equally atrocious), and password reset requires a username that I don’t have access to/don’t recall ever setting. Apparently it can’t just send a password reset to my email like 99% of all other login interfaces can.
