It’s quite often that when I open the app it either doesn’t work or when I type my credentials in, it says it can’t verify my credentials. I swipe out the app and reopen it and it works fine the second time. It’s a minor inconvenience but it’s quite annoying. I also wish it had a notification feature for when my account gets overdrawn. I have my account set to reject payments that would overdraft my account but for some reason autopay payments still go through. So it would be nice to know when it’s overdrawn to be able to bring my account into the positive instead of being charged the overdraft fee out of the blue.

This is the worst banking app. I can’t count the times I’ve been in a store and need to unlock my card or check a balance and had to leave without purchasing anything. The app is extremely slow and has major issues. Has made me hate my bank.
