Devices never remember my password, security code is often slow, and had to be memorized before re-typing. Other banking apps place the code in the field for you. ### 4/5 — Terrible *2023-11-21, version 15.2.78* While I’m very thankful that my small bank has a mobile app, it is also unbelievably frustrating at times. There are so many instances where I open the app and login only to get a “session expired, please log in again” message. The credit union app also stalls out when trying to send an e-transfer and if you double click on the withdrawing account tab - the transfer won’t go through, forcing you to start over. I’m also not able to open the e-transfers I receive through the app anymore. Instead, I have to follow the link to the Credit Union website.
