It’s the APP, I’m disappointed with. The ETA was not calculated correctly, nor was I able to follow the progress of the delivery on the GPS. (At all). Please fix the APP to function to the full capacity, it claims. My fave restaurant recently moved to Petawawa and they’re only available on this app for delivery otherwise I wouldn’t use this app at all. The Valley Eats fees and driver trip pushed the total to almost double the cost of my meal order. A service fee of $4 on every time order seems quite excessive. ### 1/5 — Fix the app *2024-12-05* The app is absolutely horrible. Selected an order and before I could pay got told it will be delivered next day. Basically it’s luck of the draw day by day if you can even order. Has restaurants marked closed when they are open. They don’t respond to messages. I’ve had 2 occasions now where my food wasn’t delivered to my address. Have waited over 3 hours for orders to receive cold food. Their customer service is terrible. Drivers are always professional and courteous. I’ve only ever had one delivery issue (was the restaurant’s error though and no reflection of the app) but it was quickly rectified with a personal call and a credit applied. Great app to have!!
