My envision accounts and this weren’t linked. I had to spend hours on the phone and go to the branch three times. You should’ve worked out those kinks before launch. 🤬🙁. If I’m not on wifi though the load time gives windows 95 a run for its money. I have tried removing and reinstalling the app and it still won’t work. The old app worked flawlessly. I have had go into the branch three times now because the app. will not recognize my passwords. The layout is clear, the app is responsive, and the main banking features are easy to access. ### 1/5 — Nothing works *2026-05-26, version 1.0.2* The app doesn’t remember profiles if you click “remember me”, you can’t actually link a credit card despite having one, and the loading in times are HORRENDOUS. I understand needing to update an experience, but the experience at least needs to be functioning. And, after reading other reviews and seeing that you DO respond, that I’m hoping this means you ARE taking people’s concerns seriously and trying to fix it. Because I know that I’ll happily leave for another bank if this keeps being an issue ### 1/5 — Updated review *2026-05-20* I still can’t add my credit card. The app load time is embarrassing—I thought it might improve. Your poor tellers are stressed right out, I can’t get near that bank anymore because of lineups— everyone is so confused by this mess of an app. 2.9 review, but it’s us, right? I don’t even use those features on my phone, that’s a no from me. ### 3/5 — iPad version required *2026-05-19, version 1.0.2* No difference in screen sizing between iPad and iPhone version. You might have times I have to close it. Open it close and open it close it open it just to get the thing to load is frustrating. Judging by all the reviews, at least everyone is having the same experience. The old app was just fine, this one load times are awful, it doesn’t retain when you set up “Remember me”, it is way too busy and confusing looking, it’s like someone chewed up the website and barfed it into an app. Just another terrible experience with Valley First. ### 1/5 — Quick view and remember me. *2026-06-10, version 1.0.3* Quick view does not work at all on iso version. No matter what I do it will not work have reset it, delete and reinstalled still nothing. Every time I click remember me and write my “nickname” sign in all fine. The next time I sign in nothing is remembered username or password I can use passkeys but that’s not the point but also don’t forget no quick view either. The old app was minty and dialled in. I understand trial and error but this is something so simple that was still not fixed after the previous update been over a month now And since my “simply free” account is no longer free without any awareness of said charges now. not a happy camper with you guys have been a member for over 15 years. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-06-10, version 1.0.3* They changed the app and now I’m unable to access my banking and now I have sent an email and am still waiting to here back 1 week later ### 1/5 — Infuriating *2026-06-09, version 1.0.3* The worst transition ever. Locked out of my accounts for weeks- phone support couldn’t help, short banking hours and short debit machine hours, nearly couldn’t go out on mothersday dinner. Would work for a day or two then need to go in and get a reset account again. Now the app opening is so slow, like 2minutes slow! The actual worst, i was one more lockout to switching banks. Might have some sorted now but still constant updates, changes and new adjustments to learn and redo. Infuriating. And worst part being I cannot connect my credit card- called and got “we’re aware of the issue” it’s been weeks with no change, an update and still not fixed. They took away the internet browser, there’s no other way of viewing my credit card so I had to blindly pay it.
