You working on your profile. It does not ask you to set up a password, but then when you go into the system, it ask you for password but there’s no place to put in a password or make a password. It’s a waste of my time I give it one star stay away.

Appointments use to be listed in the old app but not on this new one. Could not find my provider in this new app. Had to contact the support team 4 times and still have not gotten my issues fixed. I don’t understand why the bugs can’t be worked out before apps are released.

This is the worst system ever!  Nothing works on it!  I have been working with Centennial Hills Hospital for over a week to try to get access to my portal, and they are unable to send me the invitation link. This am now working with tech support and they can’t get it to work either!!  This is incredibly ridiculous!!  Totally unacceptable!

When downloading the results, the document is cut off on the right side.. so full content cannot be viewed. It would be nice if results have an option to print or can be viewed properly on a computer.
