The problem is the system will not read the check correctly. I end up having to take multiple pictures of the front and the back of the check. Even though the picture shows all the information, front and back, it will not accept it. I have tried multiple different places and lighting differences, to no avail. It is very user friendly and typically works without issue. I will say that I only gave four stars instead of five for depositing issues. Unlike many other banking apps the ease of depositing is not easy at all. It takes multiple attempts for a check to be captured and then uploaded or to allow the picture to be used at all. It is a bit frustrating and for that reason I use other banks to deposit my checks through mobile upload instead of this one (being my main bank). However for being the little guy this app works well and has a nice layout and theme to it. ### 3/5 — Quick balance update *2021-01-25, version 6.5.5.43* Wish the pending mobile deposits could be linked to the whole account . When looking at balance from computer you can’t see the pending deposit. This would be a helpful feature to consider. Yet, it does not. Just says “quick balance is not available at this time” and reverts back to off. If it’s not going to work AT ALL, then why bother having it on there. They do not feed into my online banking, making it difficult to do regular deposits into the accounts. I'll get it multiple days in a row. I live 6+ hours away, so I can't just drive to the bank. Guess what, when I go in to check it, you guest it there’s no message. I’ve deleted reinstalled the app 3 times and this glitch still happens. I did a mobile deposit and had to take the pictures 6 times.
