When I HAVE to come here it’s like the staff is stuck on stupid and silent with little to no knowledge on products.  Drive thru rules change and the happy hour pricing doesn’t always reflect on the website what’s on sale in store or vice versa.  If you’re not local and have to drive they will not honor happy hour even you call ahead or ask for 10-15 minute window from driving traffic.  Just the other day I gave up on my order from pricing change at pickup even on items that were full price and not discounted.  Go to Token Farms next door, sooooo much better.

Valley Pure changed their points systems and hyped up their new app but apparently didn’t train anyone on how to use it! Every time I try to redeem points in the store, nobody knows what to do! Points accumulate way slower on the new system too. A complete waste, please fix. It does have potential.

Please just let me stack my points you guys were fine without an app. Now I’m stacking points on my app that I can’t even use please just go back to the normal way you guys failed the app

When you select any item and tap on the filter button, it’s difficult to push the “apply” button because it’s located at the bottom of the app.
